http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alanya http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fethiye http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Istanbul http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safranbolu http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cappadocia i think when u have weekends off; u can take a bus (Turkey has a great intercity bus system, u will love it) and go and see cities... there are about 80 cities or so in Turkey... so neighbor cities have a lot of stuff ... i think you will like istanbul... . u can take plane when u have two or three days off work... very convenient and cheap too ...tickets i hope this helps u a bit... edited: yes, Turkey worked with international companies from France and Japan... their ships made a comprehensive search of the geological faults under the marmara sea. the results indicate that there would be a giant earthquake in istanbul more or less within 20 years or so...but there is another scenario if the faults are broken little by little, then the damage of the expected earthquake will much less than the first scenario. anywhere in the south with a decent job would be nice... at least you do not have to worry right? but nobody in Turkey cares about the earthquake... I guess it is because of their strong beliefs in destiny... yes we believe in destiny...a little precautions are taken for the earthquake.... is it enough? nobody says yes to that... i know keep the question open, if u have anymore questions... 2nd edition: tell me about your degree and your age and i will give you websites that indicate apprx. salary for you, or i will tell you about my experiences... I guess living in Antalya for you would be a good choice for you according to what I hear from you.
