Your basic choices are to attend college or to work. The State Department website has general information regarding working or studying in the USA: www.state.gov Ask local universities if they have cooperaative programs with schools in the USA. If not, ask for which schools in the USA they recommend. Many USA employers offer temporary jobs for international visitors. Check companies like Disney World and large hotel chains like Marriott. The company sponsors your work visa and you earn enough (by working) to live on. It also gives you time to look for permanent employment. Search "international exchange programs" and you should find many links. Also check: www.marriott.com You don't say where you live in Turkey, but visit USA companies with offices in your country and local companies with offices in the USA. You may be able to apply for job that way. Good luck!

First thing to do is to make your mind up about which Country you would want to live in in North America, Central America or South America. There are alot over in America's. Like Canada, U.S.A., Mexico, Panama, Peru, Argentinia, etc.
