i want to go there without going to usa 1 more Question what route should i take when coming back and will it cost more to do this then to take a non-stop flight? BTW thanks for the first answer quite helpfull

You're going to have to find an airline that flies to Costa Rica from another country besides the US -- there are no non-stop flights between Turkey and Costa Rica, and if you don't want to come through the US, you'll have to go through another country. As an example, Iberia flies non-stop from Madrid to San Jose, so you could fly IB from Istanbul to Madrid, and then fly from there to San Jose on another non-stop flight.
