Seeking info from anyone who can offer info on living in Turkey, my husband hasnt lived there in about 10 years so its a realistic and scary thought for us all but inevitable to keep our family together after 10 years of marriage keeping our family together is the most important but very difficult especially when dealing with other family members and there concerns and thoughts and ours as well. knowing what has to be done can be very difficult and doing it is even more. note: Me and the children have also never ventured outside the USA so you can only imagine. So Please send me your thoughts and ideas

Try to emigrate to Canada. Turkey would be too much of a shock, and given the current mideast political climate, it's too dangerous.

Nobody should be forced to move country unless there is a war etc.... Do you actually speak the language at all? I move voluntarely from Europe to Australia, and it took me five years to get used to the distance, being so far away from family and Friends. When you move countries, you live your old life behind you. Yes you keep your friends and family, but you hardly get any time with them, and it feels like you have two lives. The previous one and the new one. Luckily for me Australia is very similar to Europe, but moving to a complete different country with different customs etc... I would think twice. Think of the future of your children too. If you say you are being forced, you obviously don't want to go. I know family is the most important thing in one's life, but how can the family be happy if the move is to satisfy only one person in the whole family group. You might say goodbye to the freedom you and your children are accustomed to.... Maybe a family meeting would be good because this is a very difficult move. I wish you luck and happiness!
